Individual Trade Missions are prepared and tailored to meet the needs and requirements of the Client to 100% - as well as taking into consideration the specific features of the industry in which the Client operates. 

Each individual mission encompasses two stages:
1. PREPARATORY STAGE
2. ON-SITE TRADE MISSION VISIT TO ROMANIA  

Preparatory stage:

• data base of the Romanian enterprises operating in the sector as indicated by the Client
• thorough verification of the data base, based on criteria as agreed with the Client (the said criteria may include, but are not limited to: turnover, headcount, location, market presence, etc.)
• Client is presented with a list of 5-10 companies declaring an interest in the products or services offered by the Client
• each of the companies is in addition verified with regards to accountability and liquidity. 

 

The Trade Mission visit to Romania:

• meetings with the potential Romanian partners are arranged based on the schedule as agreed with the Client

• the Romanian-speaking representative of Romania Expo takes part in every agreed meeting
• during the meeting a trade offer is presented and preliminary terms and conditions of cooperation are arranged. 
  

 

Trade Missions may be extended, amongst other things, by the following elements:

• meetings with local authorities
• press conference
• media coverage
• trade fairs (visiting and/or participation)
• industry-specific events
• social program
